During the recent response campaigns against cVDPV2 epidemics in Cameroon, refusals appeared at more than 30% as the major reason for non-vaccination of children. This qualitative study aimed at filling the knowledge gap in terms of reasons for vaccination refusal during preventive campaigns and vaccination response in Cameroon.
