This tool proposes some questions to help country offices to measure the effectiveness of community mobilization efforts through the polio outbreak response plans. It aims to help measure the quality of planning processes in the pre-campaign stage , and will inform us about the vaccination team reach and community reaction during the intra-campaign period.
