A set of principles representing best practice for using technology in support of development programming, these ideas seek to serve as a set of living guidelines that are meant to inform, but not dictate, the design of technology-enabled development programs. This compilation is an effort to highlight important lessons-learned from past implementation of technology-enabled programs.
