These Terms of Reference help outline actions, roles and responsibilities of a communication working group. It is established to bring coordination to the social mobilization efforts at central and regional level and ensure improved information sharing and flow among the the Directorate of Health and Polio eradication partners , WHO, UNICEF and NGO partners.
